I went totally out of my comfort zone on this one.
Not only did we make a video in my kitchen while Chef AJ was in Cleveland last week, I was in charge of the technology to make that happen.
Pretty funny.
But I really wanted to have this conversation about questions that I had about her Ultimate Weight Loss Program with AJ, and I wanted you guys to be able to be a part of that.
AJ insisted that we cook something as well, so I suggested that we make one of my all time favorite Chef AJ recipes--her raw marinara sauce--because I knew that I wanted to serve it over zoodles (zucchini noodles) at the pot luck that was happening just a few hours after this video was made. Not only that, I wanted to use the raw marinara sauce on some Sweet Potato Pizzas, which ended up being the hit of the pot luck!
